IBRAHIM SEMAAN

Director / Physiotherapist

Ibrahim brings a strong person-centred approach alongside his calm and collective charisma to all his patients. He has completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales. His qualifications combines the use of hand-on approach and exercise therapy to maximise the best outcomes for his patients. He brings a range of experience from working as a senior rehabilitation consultant, and treating musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions in clinical and hospital settings. Ibrahim’s mission is to make a difference in the community and assist his patients to achieve fulfilment in their movement and lifestyle. In his spare time Ibrahim enjoys fishing, trading on the Australian Stock Exchange and spending time with his Golden Labrador Bella.

DEVLIN HIGGINS

Physiotherapist

Devlin has a passion for person-centred care, with a strong belief that each individual has
their own unique needs and outcomes that should be considered as part of their
rehabilitation journey.
Having degrees in both Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology, Devlin has a well-rounded
understanding of the best hands-on and exercise-based interventions at all stages of
treatment across a spectrum of healthcare needs.
Devlin comes with a wealth of experience, currently as Head of Exercise Physiology at St
Vincent’s Hospitals mental health services, as well as Senior Exercise Physiologist at St
Vincent’s Hospitals Diabetes Centre. He applies current evidence-based practice, where he
has had several research roles and published articles.
His inclusive approach, combined with his strong knowledge and experience, allowed Devlin
to be the 2022 National Winner of The Practitioner Award provided by Exercise and Sports
Science Australia, as well as a 2021 Finalist for the St Vincent’s Health Australia Award.
Most importantly, Devlin strives to work with you and any necessary support networks to
provide an all-rounded positive experience that targets all aspects of bio-psycho-social
health.

HEIDI TSANG

Physiotherapist

Heidi completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. Heidi believes in a holistic, client-centred approach, with a balance of hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to optimise progression and giving them tools to self-manage their conditions. She is passionate about helping those in her community to achieve their health and lifestyle goals. She has been working in both community setting and private practice setting which allows her to expand her knowledge on different conditions and management approaches. Outside of physiotherapy, Heidi enjoys spending her time bush walking, playing board games and chilling with her kitties Charcoal and Waffle.
